Our Coaching Services
-Will work strictly behalf of owners interest
-Will give owner professional third party advices
-Will meet you at your job site
-Will review your plans (pending on size of the projects & time required)
-Will inform owners with California construction laws & your rights
-Will educate, to inform, to teach & to explain in layman’s language
-Speaks English & Korean fluently (which ever language you prefer)
-We can cover projects from Los Angeles County to Orange County
-Will not take on any construction project from consultation
(Conflict of Interest)
Our Coaching Service Fees & Arrangements
-We require Pre Appointment (minimum one week)
-Flat fee based on the session (one session is $300)
-One session requires minimum 4 hr. pay with travel, with additional fee if needed
